Dario Rizzi

Dario has worked in primary international law firms, focusing his activity on corporate and bankruptcy law.

In particular, he has gained consolidated experience assisting companies in mergers and acquisitions projects, shareholders’ agreements, joint ventures, safeguarding of shareholders’ interests, liability actions against corporate bodies, claw-back actions and commercial disputes.

Moreover, he has gained remarkable experience in business management, serving as a director in a number of state-owned and private companies (with reference to internal and emerging markets).

Dario Rizzi obtained a degree in Economics in 2004 and a second degree in Law in 2006 from the University of Bergamo.
