Alberto Croze

Since 1969, Alberto has been a partner or of counsel at large Italian and international legal firms, where his practice initially centered on cross border mergers and acquisitions and has broadened to include advising on international commercial arbitration and litigation in several continental and common law jurisdictions.

Alberto has 25 years of experience acting as counsel in all forms of ad hoc international arbitration using the UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules and institutional rules, including those of the ICC and the LCIA.

He was appointed as an arbitrator and he pleaded before the highest Court of Cassation.

He is a member of the AIA (Italian Association for Arbitration), ASA (Swiss Association for Arbitration), ICC (International Chamber of Commerce) and CEA (Club Español del Arbitraje).
