include advising on international commercial arbitration and litigation in several continental and common law jurisdictions.<\/span><\/p><p>Alberto has 25 years of experience acting as counsel in all forms of <i>ad hoc <\/i>international arbitration using the UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules and institutional rules, including those of the ICC and the LCIA.<\/p><p>He was appointed as an arbitrator and he pleaded before the highest Court of Cassation.<\/p><p>He is a member of the AIA (Italian Association for Arbitration), ASA (Swiss Association for Arbitration), ICC (International Chamber of Commerce) and CEA (Club Espa\u00f1ol del
